08-12-2016 Icicle is a 5 year old female Cavalier who has been given to us by her breeder to find a forever home. She is a nervous girl who is not used to being handled and will need patience and care to get her to come out of her shell. She takes comfort from her cavalier friends and has always been around them, so she would really like a resident friendly cavalier in her new home to help her learn about living as a pet and give her some much needed confidence. She will have never lived in a home before and will need help with housetraining and this will be easier if she can follow the example of a resident dog. At the moment Icicle is too scared to walk on a lead but as she starts to settle we will gently introduce this to her. She will thrive in a quiet home with a patient owner who would like to give her lots of love and patience and help her learn to trust. If you can offer Icicle the home that she really deserves then please apply as soon as possible and help her to take the next step into a better life.

Peaches is a 1 and a half year old female Chihuahua, she is a lovely little girl who has been used for breeding, she loves the company of other dogs. She has lived all of her life at a breeders small holding, she has never lived in a home before and has not had much socialisation with people. Will need to go to a home with a kind resident dog, can't walk on a lead.

10-12-16 UPDATE
Peaches is a delightful little dog with a loving temperament she arrived at many tears pregnant and then came to stay in a foster home to have her babies. She had three beautiful puppies who are all grown up now and once peaches milk has dried up so she can be spayed and then will also be ready for her new home. Peaches is used to dogs of all size and shapes and gets on well with them all. She currently lives with a cat and pays no attention to her. She is a very happy girl and loves to get cuddles from everyone she meets and would spend all day curled on your lap if you'd let her. She has started learning how to walk on a lead and is coming along nicely, with more practice she will be out and about in no time. She needs some more help with her house training but it going in the right direction and on occasions has started signaling when she needs to go out. Peaches is only a young dog herself and would love a home with at least one similar sized dog to herself where she can zoom about and go to training classes to continue the training shes started in her foster home. Anyone interested in adopting Peaches will need to research the chihuahua breed to learn about their unique little characters.

10-12-2016 Lulu is a 7 year old female Cairn Terrier who has been given to us by her breeder to find a forever home. She is very friendly and confident, in the morning she greets you with a waggly tail, and is very sweet with the other dog she is kenneled with. She has dry eye and we are treating her with regular eye drops which may need to be continued for the rest of her life. She is good with other dogs and would benefit from a kind resident dog in her new home to help her get used to the sights and sounds of everyday life and show her the ropes. However in the right circumstances and with an experienced dog owner we may consider homing her as an only dog. If this was the case you would need to be sympathetic to her needs and understand that it may take longer for her to be house trained and settle into her new life. If left on her own too soon after she is adopted this can lead to separation anxiety so this is also something that would need to be considered if she was an only dog. She would like to sleep in her new owners bedroom if she is homed as an only dog. She is a beginner on the lead and as she settles we will introduce her to walks. She is going to need a patient owner who would like to give her lots of love and patience to help her become a happy family pet. If you can offer Lulu the home that she really deserves then please apply as soon as possible and help her to take the next step into a better life.

10-12-2016 Brian is a 7 year old male Shih Tzu who has been given to us by his breeder to find a forever home. He is a little nervous but is a very calm chap, and though worried he seems to be taking in every thing that is going on around him. He is good with all the other dogs he has met here and is a lot happier when in the company of other dogs so would like a kind resident dog in his new home to help him get used to the sights and sounds of everyday life and give him some confidence. He will have never lived in a home before and will need help with housetraining and this will be easier if he can follow the example of a resident dog. He doesn't know how to walk on the lead yet but once he has settled we will begin practicing with him. He is going to need a quiet, calm home with a loving owner who is prepared to invest time, love and patience to help him become a happy family pet. If you can offer Brian the home that he really deserves then please apply as soon as possible, you will not be disappointed with this cute boy.

15-12-16 Autumn arrived at Many Tears very scared and very pregnant from a breeder of gun dogs. Her pups had to be delivered by cesarean as they were quite large. She was spayed at the same time and then moved into foster care to learn about living in a home and raise her pups in a quieter environment. She has been a wonderful mum and now it's her turn to find the perfect family that she so deserves.
Autumn is a beautiful girl with a sweet and gentle nature, her confidence has grown but she is still timid with unfamiliar people and situations. She is clean and quiet in the home and is accustomed to household activities. She is a little skittish on the lead but improves daily and will continue to with practise, she travels well in the car and loves long country walks, she is now off lead with me and has excellent recall.
Autumn is such a happy, playful girl, she loves other dogs and will need a canine companion in her new home to learn from and be her guide. Her family will need to be ACTIVE and enjoy the outdoors as this girl is high energy and needs lots of exercise. Her family will also need the experience, time and patience to continue to give Autumn positive experiences of the world and enable her to reach her full potential. Autumn has her own passport.

She will have never lived in a home before and will need help with housetraining and this will be easier if she can follow the example of a resident dog. At the moment Scoots is not sure about walking on a lead but as she gains trust in us we will start to introduce it to her. She is going to need a patient owner who is prepared to invest time, love and patience to help her become a happy family pet. If you can offer her the home that she really deserves then please apply as soon as possible and help her to take the next step into a better life. Scoots has her own passport. 19-12-2016 Orion is an ex stud westie . He is a placid lad who is able to walk a little on the lead. He is quite confident and is a really sweet fellow. He has sore skin at the moment which we are treating and we think he will learn about living in a home very quickly if he had a nice confident dog to copy and snuggle with. He is such a special boy and all he needs is someone to love him and give him the time he needs to settle into this new world he has suddenly found himself in. Please read about ex-breeding dogs and if you feel you can offer him the home he needs and deserves complete and applicaiton form asap.

19-12-2016 Mince Pie is a 4 year old ex-breeding shih tzu. She is a very sweet girl who came in with breathing problems. Despite this she wags her tail and so wants to be loved. Our vet is seeing her and we will update about her later but she will need a calm and gentle home with at least one other kind dog to help her learn about house training and lead walking. She has never been inside a home before so this will all be very new and strange to her at first but with time and patience she is going to learn to love her new life.
