12-01-17 Chucky is a 9 week old female Bichon frise cross who has come to us with her siblings as part of an unsold litter. She is a special firl who has a grade 5 heart murmur which will need to be investigated by a heart specialist to give her thebest possible chance. She may need surgery to correct a heart problem and if she needs this then it will not come cheap but we woulld have to ask the impossble quuestion of what value is her life? She is young and should have a whole life of fun ahead of her. Please consider making a donation to the broken hearts fund to help Chucky receive the care she needs. If you are interested in adopting Chucky and can fund her this help then we will consider that we have found her very own guardian angel. She will need to attend puppy training classes tohelp her socialise and learn all about the world. These pups are beautiful and have so much love to give. They deserve a loving home of their own

12-01-17 Meet Tumble a 2 year old pug cross who was originally rescued in July 2016 and adopted. She came to us from but hasn't progressed very much in her transition to home life, so has been returned to a foster home to find her perfect forever family. She walks on a lead, manages the stairs and has found the sofa and bed in less than 24 hours but she is rather shell shocked at moving home so is spending her time either on her own or with her fosterers very old quiet cavalier.
Tumble is only 2 and needs a confident kind owner who will make her feel safe while pushing her to explore new situations and experiences. She will also need at least one similar sized resident dog who will love her and may be play with her as she grows in confidence. Tumble has met big and small dogs in my home but seems happier with the smaller dogs at the moment but it is still early days. Tumble will use a puppy pad but won't take herself in to the garden so needs to be taken out regularly. Let's make her next home her permanent forever home.

14-01-2017 Fair is a 2 year old female Pugalier who has been given to us by her breeder to find a forever home. She is a nervous little lady who needs to learn to trust. She is much happier in the company of other dogs and will need a canine companion in her new home to help her get used to the sights and sounds of everyday life and give her some much needed confidence. She will have never lived in a home before and will need help with housetraining and this will be easier if she can follow the example of a resident dog. At the moment Fair is too scared to walk on a lead but as she starts to settle we will gently introduce this to her. She will thrive in a quiet home with a patient owner who would like to give her lots of love and patience to help her become a happy family pet. If you can offer Fair the home that she really deserves then please apply as soon as possible and help her to take the next step into a better life.

14-01-2017 Leader is a 4 year old female ex-breeding Bichon Frise. She is very frightened or people and when she arrived we thought she had a problem with her hips. However, she has seen the vet who cannot find anything wrong so we think this is down to lack of exercise and once she starts moving around we are hopeful this will improve. Leader will will need at least on other dog in her new home and owners who are kind and very understanding. We would not want to home her with young children as they would simply scare her at the moment but visiting children would be fine. She has never seen inside a home and will need help with house training and this will be easier if she can follow the example of a resident dog. At the moment Leader is way too scared to walk on a lead but as she starts to settle we will gently introduce this to her. She will thrive in a home with a patient owner who would like to give her lots of love and patience to help her become a happy family pet. If you can offer Leader the home that she really deserves then please apply as soon as possible and help her to take the next step into a better life.

14-01-2017 Carla is a 6 year old female German Shepard cross who has been brought in to us with her friend Sooty as their owner is very unwell and is no longer able to care for them. No family members were able to help so the only option was to come to us.
Carla is very loving, playful and very sensitive. She is frightened by loud noises such as fireworks and very confused to find herself her. She is a very sweet girl, although a little unsure to start with once she knows you she is very affectionate.
When she was a puupy she was stung by a bumble bee and was poorly for a week or so, this has obviously stuck with her and when she sees a fly she will hide.
Both girls love to play fight with each other and we would love to find them a home together if at all possible and to help this happen we will accept the full adoption fee for one and a donation for the other. If they are not homed together Carla will need a home with another friendly dog to become her friend.. Her and her friend Sooty have always been treated as one of the family so are used to lying on the sofa and sleeping on the bed. These two girls are unsure of the surroundings they have found themselves in if you feel you can provide these girls with a loving home then please do apply.

14-01-2017 Lilly is a 2 year old female West Highland Terrier who has come to us from a breeder. She is a very sweet little girl who cuddles up to you when you hold her. She gets on well with other dogs in her kennel and will need a home with at least one other dog to help her learn about house training and lead walking. This will also help her get used to the sights and sounds of every day life in a home and give her some much needed confidence. Lilly will have never lived in a home before and house training will be easier if she can follow the example of a resident dog. Lilly just needs a little time and lots of patience to learn all about being in a home and as she learns she will blossom and bloom. Please read the information on ex-breeding dogs to learn more about these special dogs.

14-01-2017 Liberty is a 2 year old female Westie cross Bichon who has come to us from a breeder. She is a very cute and inquistive lady who is much braver when with other dogs but nervous when on her own. Liberty needs a calm household without young children who would scare her too much at the moment but visiting children would be fine. She has a very gentle nature and would be intimidated if a dog was too full on so will need a home with at least one kind and confident but not a boisterous dog. This will help her to learn about lead walking and house training as she has never been inside a home before so these will ne new skills she needs to learn.
