Tia - 15 week old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross with possible Lurcher/Labrador
![]() Little Tia is a very sweet and playful puppy who has sadly been passed around far too much in her short life. She is currently in foster in Birkenhead and is looking for a fun and active home with someone who is around for most of the day as she can become anxious when left alone. ![]() Tia is very playful, her toileting is a work in progress, she is a total lapdog who has good recall and loves football. She can be a little mouthy due to her age so a home with children over 5 years is recommended. She is none reactive with cats and is sharing her foster home with another dog. ![]() APPLY TO ADOPT TIA BY DOWNLOADING AN APPLICATION FORM HERE: http://www.liverpooldogrescue.com/dogsforadoption.htm TEL: 07706246865 WWW.LIVERPOOLDOGRESCUE.COM |

A note from Tia's foster mum: 'Tia ♥ looking as pretty as ever!!! And she knows it!!!!! She is doing amazingly well, she retrieves, her recall is amazing and she is obsessed with the hose & sticks!!! I would say 99.9% house triained, her seperation anxiety is soooooooooooo much better, she goes in the crate when left (no more than 2 hours & always after a good walk) till she can be trusted out of the crate, and barks for maybe 2 minutes, once she realises you have actually gone out she goes quiet. A definate shoe theif and loves her food! Brilliant with other dogs & very playful! In foster with me =D' Tia has now been microchipped and fully vaccinated |

UPDATE 07/06/2012 -
Tia would be best suited to a home with another dog unless someone is there with her most of the time. Tia’s new owners will also need to continue her training as she is bouncy and is just about reaching the work surfaces although does respond to off, but she is a bigger puppy now (still dainty) with a little head. Tia would be perfect for a family ready for some puppy activeness! Tia is great if she receives attention and can be with you, she is a lot calmer when away from the dog in her foster home – sleeping a lot and chewing toys. Her puppy teeth are falling out so she is going through a chewing stage and needs chew toys etc. She sleeps from 8:30pm, with a toilet break before her foster carer goes to bed and then sleeps right through till 7:30am Tia can also be left home with the resident dog out of the crate for 2-3 hours without any problems. ![]() |
