Stevie is a 4 and a half months old Dogue de Bordeaux cross rotty. She has an amazing temperament, is very calm, excellent around children, other dogs and people and she loves affection. She is perfectly house trained, excellent on and off the lead and generally has a super nature. She is very obedient, has good recall, sits and gives paws etc. I have 2 jack russels and an english pointer here too and they all get on very well.
My best friend that i share a house with is a social worker and she had to take her off a 20 year old boy that bought her because he just isn't really capable of looking after her properly and cannot afford to feed her properly so she was very thin although she looks good now after a couple of weeks of good food. She has supposedly been vaccinated and we are trying to find out which vet did it so we can get the certificate but if we can't then we are happy to get that done. We do not want any money for her just a good home. I am having a problem downloading photos but will keep trying. In the meantime I can email them to you |

There is this "home offered" thread for a large breed (including DDB) in Surrey/Hampshire? http://www.dogpages.org.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=255780
Alternatively, I would perhaps suggest contacting Iron Mountain Dog Rescue, they're based around Surrey I think. Their website is undergoing work but their contact details are listed - http://www.ironmountain-dogrescue.com/. They may be able to find a home and possibly offer some rescue backup for the new owner just incase there are any issues in the future. This post has been edited by pangolin: 13th Apr 2012, 8:59 am |

Thanks to you and your friend for helping this puppy.
It might be easier to use photobucket to load photos to Dog pages. http://photobucket.com/ They will reduce the size of the photos and give you a link to copy and paste. |

is this pup still looking for a home?
I am based in Ludlow Shropshire and am a behaviourist. I work with the local rescue charities and can provide references from my vet and trustees. If you would like to discuss rehoming her if she is still available please pm me. |

If you are in Ascot, you could go to the vets in Sunninghill (on the High Street) and ask if they know anyone locally who might be looking. They are very helpful there and you would be able to put up information about her in the surgery.
