Important - the forum for newly formed rescues
This forum has been provided for new rescues or those previously unknown to Dogpages. We ask that all rescues give full details of themselves.
New rescues may be run by individuals or groups with differing levels of expertise in assessing and homing dogs. Potential adopters must ensure that any newly formed rescue they contact is able to meet their needs and be aware that new rescues may not have the resources of longer established rescues.
We ask all new rescues to be aware of their limitations and to home on a limited scale and strictly locally until they have greater experience. Please always make clear where any dog for adoption is located.

Please meet Vincent the wonder dog! Vincent is an approximately 3 year old whippet X who came into rescue after his previous owner sadly became very ill and had to go into hospital.
Vincent is a sweet, gentle and loving dog who cannot understand why he isn't at home snuggled up on the sofa with his mum. He is used to living with other dogs (please see patch also looking for a home) and therefore must go to a home with at least one other resident dog..or ideally be rehomed with his best friend patch! Vincent is used to visiting children and could live with children aged six plus. He has also lived with cats. Vincent is a friendly and easy going lad who asks for so little in return for all his love. He walks beautifully on the lead and he has been off-lead with us and had a good recall..but his recall hasn't been heavily tested. If your looking for a calm and affectionate dog who will come and shower you with his love...look no further than Vincent. A great all rounder who is a pleasure to have around.
