I'm struggling with a handover point for a transport run today
Does anyone know anywhere suitable for a handover between Jct10 of the M25 and Guildford? A McDonalds/B&Q/Travel lodge - anywhere suitable for a handover that will be easy for the transporters to find A postcode would be fab too if anyone knows one |

There is a car park almost immediately after junction 10 which is often used as hand over point. Let me see if I can find details for you.

The car park is in Old Lane, Ockham Common, possibly sign-posted Chatley Heath Semaphore Tower. The turning for Old Lane is between the roundabout at junction 10 and where you would join the A3 in the Guildford direction, then almost immediately left into the car park. If travelling along the A3 from London towards Guildford you would need to leave then re-join, but apart from that it's straight forward.
There are toilets and a cafe but not sure if they are open at this time of year. There is a further car park just beyond this one too. Map |

If you click satellite on the map link and zoom in a bit, you can see the carpark next to the A3 Portsmouth Road.

Well, you both have exactly the same post-code so that's good enough for me
Thank you so much - you just made my life a LOT easier |
