This handsome chap is Danny. wub.gif

Isn't he gorgeous!

Danny has come to Phoenix Dog rescue, along with his older brother Fred-as their mum can no longer care for them due to terminal illness. sad.gif

Danny is a 3-4 year old collie. He is an affectionate sweetie. wub.gif

Danny is a bit less confident then his brother. This might just be the upheaval of loosing his mum and home and being in kennels. err.gif He looks for contant reassurance from his brother-and they kennel owners. He can be a bit clingy with those he is familar with-but is still not overly shy or withdrawn. He is happy to meet people,
and soon warms up and looks for cuddles. He has a lovely nature and is incredibly loving. wub.gif

Danny is fine with other dogs, and very playful. He loves walks, and playing ball. He does not like cats or small furries though! He would be fine with children 5+-but does jump up for attention-so little ones could get knocked over by him. He would be a fabulous addtion to and active family. smile.gif

***Important Bits-Please Read***PDR spay/neuter, vaccinate, worm and microchip all dogs prior to rehoming. All prospective homes are vetted, and a donation to the rescue is required. PDR will NOT rehome dogs under 2 years to full time working homes, NOR to homes where they would be kenneled outside. PDR will NOT rehome dogs to a home where an existing dog is not spayed/neutered. What we WILL do is treat each dog as an individual. Age, temperment and any issues a dog may have are considered when looking at home offers. For puppies being rehomed out of the NW area please make sure you are aware of the cost of neutering as this will be compulsary when the dog reaches six months.

Anyone who knows they can offer Danny the type of loving, commited forever home he needs can call Dawn on 07929 251244 . No calls after 9pm please.

Hi in all likelihood the rescue will home them separately. Danny is supposed to be a Welsh Blue collie. Who knows at the end of the day so long as he is gorgeous wub.gif
