@skyeandollie cheers for the information. I did read up on TTs and guessed they must be similiar with their history. I've never been lucky enough to see one in real life, plenty of Lhaso's up this neck of the woods but never spotted a TT sad.gif

We're just along in Livingston aswell! She was dogs trust Glasgow 5 years ago smile.gif
I've heard Mylo at dogs Trust West Calder has been returned 7 times err.gif poor wee scone. Good luck on your search!

As each rescue will run differently I would suggest if you are interested in a specific breed, or dog from a rescue that you deal with them directly. People here are only doing a search of the web and posting suggestions so you would really need to take advice direct from the rescue involved.

As rescuewoman says you are best to contact them direct but basically breed rescues tend to be breeders of that breed who have a rescue arm as well, so either take back previously sold dogs/ rescue that breed from pounds or will take on anyone trying to rehome that breed. I made the decision to make the trip down to Wales, put an application in but was rejected as Marley wasn't neutered. I can understand this if I was looking to take on a girl but it was a boy I applied for.

Just a little frustrated as I can offer a fantastic home, am I doing an injustice by Marley by not having him neutered? I'm now concerned by this and worried that the wee man is not getting the best quality of life? He always seems so happy sad.gif
