Hi, sorry to be so specific about the dog I want.
I recently had to have my 7yr old jrt put to sleep (Dec 2011) & I was heartbroken,he was my best friend,my little soul mate. I said I didnt want another dog,but I would like to rescue/rehome another jrt,or wire fox,or smooth fox terrier,I will consider other 'jack russell' looking terriers. The reason I am so specific on age is because I have 3 jacks,Lucy who is 8,she is pretty laid back, sleeps all day! Then there is Russell,he is 5 & just wants to play,he would benefit from a playmate I am sure, then we have Jasmine she is aslo 5 (Russells sister) she is the boss, very old fashioned (the looks we get sometimes they are funny) I feel I wouldnt be able to have another bitch,as her & Lucy have only ever had a couple of scraps, but Jasmine,I dont think wont stand for it,but a boy she would, she will tell a pup she is boss, she is a lovely dog,all my dogs are very friendly,a little spoilt, all neutered, vaccinations are up to date & my vet is fantastic,he done so much for Hudson (my boy who I had to have pts) I am welcome for home checking & will gladly, keep in touch with you regarding your pet, I have no problems with that. For pups at Enfield you are best to phone and ask as they may have more in
Puppies dont often make it to websites. |

Just to let you all know that I have found a puppy jrt,he was brought/rescued,without going into too much detail,we went to see a jrt pup from Eastbourne,9 weeks old, when we got there, the house was not very clean or tidy, they people had 7 kids & another on the way & the puppy was shut in a shed & stunk of urine! My dad & I both agreed that we couldnt leave him there so we paid the man £100 & took him home via the vets on the way home where he got flead & wormed,he is now a very happy pup (we have only had him 3 days) but he is setttling in very well.
Thank you all so much for your help. We called him Teddy, because he looks like one lol. Katie. |
