Skye - 6yo, Female, Jrt, Rehomed Options

Skye is a 6 year old female JRT.



She came into kennels in November with her son Rocky (who has recently been rehomed). She has not lived with any other dogs. Skye has previously been worked and lived in an outdoor kennel - because of this she cant be rehomed with 'small furries'. We will ONLY rehome her as a house pet so new owners will need to be prepared to house train her and get her used to the home comforts of indoor living.

She is an active little dogs and loves going for walks. She is good on the lead and if allowed off stays close and checks in regularly, she has generally good recall but PLEASE NOTE this will need to be worked on in a variety of places. She generally ignores other dogs she meets, so we think she would prefer to be an only pet - but would consider her going with a 'pal' if introductions went well.

She is very loving, and will come for cuddles. She would be best suited to an adult only home, or older children who are used to dogs, as she does also like to chill in her own space.

SKYE can be rehomed anywhere in/around CUMBRIA (subject to homecheck) but potentail adopters will need to come to WORKINGTON to meet her.

Skye is still waiting for her for-ever home. She is a lovely little dog who just needs and owner with the time and patience to teach her about the 'home-comforts' in life.
