Street Collection (with Dogs), WORKINGTON - west cumbria 24/12/11 Options

Volunteers and dogs will once again be taking to the streets to raise vital funds for the charity. Please come along and say hi (and donated too if you can). Look out for the dogs in Snazzy high-viz vests and christmas costumes

We will be in Workington (pedestrian bit near 'the hub') from about 10am until the shops start closing around 4pm.

To get to Workington from the M6 just follow the A66 from Penrith or the A595 from Carlisle. Lots of 'highstreet' shops such as M&S, Debenams etc as well as some quirkly little ones for last minute gift ideas.

PS - we are actually in Whitehaven (10miles further South, some lovely independant shops) tomorrow but havent done a seperate thread as its short notice.
