Try resizing your photo before uploading to a photo storage website, or resize when uploaded (on Photobucket for instance) smile.gif I find its always best not replace the original on Photobucket, and use the resized photo image code. smile.gif

Sorry, Im a bit confused by your post. If you upload a photo to Photobucket, you can re-size, then once it is done, you can then save the photo to file on your computer, and use as requested in the Avatar settings smile.gif

Oh I see what you mean, I thought you meant to up-load it from photobucket, didn't realise you meant to just use it to re-size. I just used photoshop to resize it, like I say that didn't work either though. I did come up wiht a couple of different messages, like refer to a member of staff unsure.gif but i the end it just went back to the smae message and I did save the file as BNP, Jpeg and a couple of the others it says it accepts. Don't understand, didn't have ay problems with my last one sad.gif

I can't find any way of doing that seperately. I think it's smaler than that anyway but I will try and make the file size smaller, can you give any guidance on how to do that please?
