Hello wave.gif

Yes, unfortunately there are some email addresses that are favoured by spambots, so are not accepted by DP. This thread explains it a little more: http://www.dogpages.org.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=177227

Hi Barb,
thanks for replying! smile.gif

Ive actually sent several emails over the last few months to that address (mail@dogpages.org.uk) but noone ever gets back to me, hence the reason i had to set up this new account to be able to post to ask for help!!

Oh dear I think mail@dogpages gets lots and lots of emails and some are missed. I will raise your problem in mods lounge in the hope that something can be done.
