> Important - the forum for newly formed rescues

This forum has been provided for new rescues or those previously unknown to Dogpages. We ask that all rescues give full details of themselves.

New rescues may be run by individuals or groups with differing levels of expertise in assessing and homing dogs. Potential adopters must ensure that any newly formed rescue they contact is able to meet their needs and be aware that new rescues may not have the resources of longer established rescues.

We ask all new rescues to be aware of their limitations and to home on a limited scale and strictly locally until they have greater experience. Please always make clear where any dog for adoption is located.

Photos can be loaded directly to the Dogpages server. See here. Please contact a forum moderator if you need further help.

Precious Paddy (2 year old cross-breed)

Image

Paddy is a 2 year old cross-breed. He is stunning, a sweet boy, very loving and full of character. He would really benefit from some one on one attention and training. He is great with other dogs and really would love a canine friend to teach him the ropes! Paddy can be a little timid at first and is a really sensitive boy, but just has so much to give and once he trusts you loves nothing more than lots of cuddles!

His ideal home would be with an quite active family who can give him lots of love and time for him to blossom. He is really receptive to training & food orientated so will be really easy to train. Paddy is a very special boy and will make the right family very happy - he has lots to give! Sadly Paddy was found dumped in a cardboard box when he was a puppy.

However despite his sad past, he is a very loving, happy boy. Please do get in touch if you think you can off Paddy his forever home.

Paddy is currently fostered in Mid-Wales.

You're quite right - she's quite desperate for him! Head vs. heart situation going on, but Paddy would have a fantastic home with Boo's mum and her partner.....

I'll speak for Boo's mum as we're friends :-) I'm going with her for a second meeting on Sunday and paws crossed if it goes well, he'll be going home with her! She passed her home check.
