Since Dogpages began nine years ago, any number of commercial sites and businesses have sprung up seeking to profit from dog rescue. Dogpages remains a non-commercial site run solely by volunteers. You won't find any profit-making adverts here and users of our forums won't find their details collected and sold on for marketing purposes. We hope you agree with us and support us in our belief that rescue animals should not be seen as a marketing opportunity or a source of profit. And we hope you enjoy the difference.

> Important - the forum for newly formed rescues

This forum has been provided for new rescues or those previously unknown to Dogpages. We ask that all rescues give full details of themselves.

New rescues may be run by individuals or groups with differing levels of expertise in assessing and homing dogs. Potential adopters must ensure that any newly formed rescue they contact is able to meet their needs and be aware that new rescues may not have the resources of longer established rescues.

We ask all new rescues to be aware of their limitations and to home on a limited scale and strictly locally until they have greater experience. Please always make clear where any dog for adoption is located.

Photos can be loaded directly to the Dogpages server. See here. Please contact a forum moderator if you need further help.

We have been over whelmed with offers of a home for Troy.

It is a question of trying to ensure that we find him the very best forever home that we can, we are still looking at all the applications.....................................

Standard Poodles certainly have a HUGE fan club angel.gif

Thank you everyone for all your lovely comments about this very lovely boy
