Since Dogpages began nine years ago, any number of commercial sites and businesses have sprung up seeking to profit from dog rescue. Dogpages remains a non-commercial site run solely by volunteers. You won't find any profit-making adverts here and users of our forums won't find their details collected and sold on for marketing purposes. We hope you agree with us and support us in our belief that rescue animals should not be seen as a marketing opportunity or a source of profit. And we hope you enjoy the difference.

........to Bruce ????

The ALLEGED pitbull taken from his family and put into kennels waiting to be destroyed

Last i heard , he had spent a year in kennels where he'd been neglected and suffered wounds to his face and leg . His family who adore him had been to see him after months of fighting for the right to visit and had him moved to another kennels where he was being better treated but he still wasn't home with his family who adore him

I think he was waiting for it to be confirmed that he was/wasn't pitbull (lets just forget that he was a loving gentle family dog hey!!!! if he were human they'd be arrested for racism)

I watched the videos and signed the petitions and cried along with the rest of ya

Have his family managed to get him back ? If so how has he oped with recovering from his long nightmare?

Either way .......BIG HUGS are being sent from everyone here to his family and good wishes and hopes that Bruce is safe and well and home where he belongs

Last I heard he is still in kennels, but different kennels and has received the veterinary attention he needed err.gif I believe his case is to be heard towards the end of August (23rd I think) and hopefully we will hear the outcome very quickly, please anyone who hasn't already signed, sign the petition, and also everyone possible contact the relevant authorities, and with a bit of luck this boy will be sent back to his loving home wink.gif
