IMPORTANT!
If you are thinking of volunteering as fosterer. Please ensure that the rescue has full insurance cover for you, the dogs in your care and the premises where the dogs are kept ie your own home. Before you are take on a foster dog, ask to see the insurance cover from the rescue, ask if any damage the dog does in your home will be covered, or whether you personally need to take out extra insurance under your contents insurance. Is the rescue covered by insurance if, for example, the dog attacks someone whilst in your care as a fostered dog? -------------------- Over 1.4m phone calls, only 328 inspectors
