A couple of weeks ago we were asked to take a pup who had one foot missing. Charlie has done really well. he has had his whole leg amputated and is still being fostered by our vet who we think will fail.

Today I collected Charlies two brothers and sister as the farmer had been unable to sell them. Think this may be the case with a good few pups this year.

Meet the gang, Mr Smee, Wendy and Peter

This is Charlie before his op.

They are Weimeraners x Labradors although I don't know where the white bits came from smile.gif

He had lost his foot in an accident at 3 weeks. Various stories but not sure how it happened. I saw him on Friday and he is doing very well.

Weimaraners can have a bit of white on their chest. They look like heavy GSP's. They look like very chunky pups smile.gif

There's a nice lady on private homings who has the grown-up versions of these ... they're just as beautiful when they get bigger.

Just sayin' smile.gif
