Well done to Rosie and her new humans for helping and guiding her.

I hope you are not only proud of Rosie for being such a brave girl but also proud of yourselves for giving her the opportunity, love and space to become the little girl she was always meant to be hug.gif

blush.gif Thank you flowers.gif

OH and I are really enjoying watching her blossom - it's been lovely.

She hopped up onto OH's lap this morning (the first time she's done this). As I said, definitely a Daddy's girl rolleyes.gif

Thank you, we think so too wub.gif

Rosie had a wonderful week (as did we) visiting Llys y Fran reservoir, Scolton Manor and the Stackpole Estate:

I think the vet gave her a confidence and energy transplant - she's transformed, and has decided that we ought to be going somewhere exciting every day rolleyes.gif

Okay-ish.

First visit he concentrated on her paws, as these were what he was most concerned about. She wasn't very keen, so once he'd got the bare minimum done, he left it.

She went back again on Wednesday for him to tidy up her ears and give her a brush, and OH said she was quite a bit happier. We're going to leave it for a while now that the immediate concerns have beeen sorted out. She looks better for it.

Very impressed with the groomer, though. He's running a course at a local college to teach people how to groom their own dogs, and he's recommended that we do that. Unfortunately, I can't do the next one as it clashes with something at work, but he thinks he'll be doing more.

Sounds like a lovely man smile.gif and at least he's done it in stages so she gets used to him, as well as being groomed, and it's a good idea teaching owners to look after their own dogs' coats smile.gif
