She's been home about an hour. She started the chemo today so we are keeping our fingers crossed. The vet said it was difficult to guess time scales but she might get another 6 months with the chemo.

Don't know if you have already, but maybe look at some alternative 'remedies' as such. If you're on FB then I would suggest this group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/50163890984/

I'd look into things like turmeric/golden paste (meant to have good anti-cancer properties), CBD oil, a carb-free (e.g. raw) diet as carbs are thought to feed cancer....you might extend and improve the time you have with her.

So sadly Fleet became very unwell last Monday and has been in hospital. She took a turn for the worse yesterday so we made the decision to bring her home for one more day and have said goodbye to her this morning. I'm very thankful that we were able to get away on our holiday with the dogs last week. We even managed to get Fleet to pose with the sign for the village she is named after and I particularly like the photo below of her at Loch Trool.
