BUDDY

Age - 8 yrs
Temperament Handsome, loving & strong
Dogs - No
Cats - Can be tested upon request.
Children - 16 yrs plus

My name is Buddy and I came to Senior Staffy Club after finding myself due to be put to sleep at the pound.

I was in a terrible state with my ear hanging off and covered in scars. I have had surgery and my ear is healing really well. It hasn't ruined my good looks though. My walkers tell me I'm exceptionally handsome. 😊

I am a really big strong boy but I love people and I am really affectionate. I like to sit on your lap even though I'm a bit too big really. I don't dislike little people at all but because of my size and strength and my horrible past my friends at SSC think it might be best if I go with big people only.

I don't really like other dogs, judging by the scars I bear, I have been hurt a lot by other dogs. I walk ok with them though as long as they keep their distance.

I get a bit over excited when I see my walkers have come to take me out and due to my size and strength I can be quite difficult to handle. I also try to bite my harness when you put it on me, but Senior Staffy Club have a fully qualified behaviourist who will work with you to help me overcome my excitement. I know I can do it with your help and guidance. I also think I will be much better in a home where I am exercised regularly rather than stuck in kennels where I get very excited so easily. I pull a bit when we first go out walking but I soon calm down.

I am a really good boy in the car and I don't even mind going to see the vet person.

I am going to stay with our Behaviourist soon at her very own doggie hotel! She will assess me in more detail so I'll be back to give you more info soon.

If you are interested in adopting me please call my friend Charlene on 0777 1914583 and I promise to give you lots of big bear head cuddles and kisses.

Lots of love
Buddy
Xxxx

Buddy is neutered, and is vaccinated and microchipped. He is in kennels in the Worcester area, but can be rehomed anywhere in the UK, pending a successful home visit. However any adopter should be willing to travel to meet him where he is now.

We do ask for an adoption donation of 90.
All the money goes directly back to helping other Seniors like Buddy.

If you think you could offer Buddy a new home please
email seniorstaffyclub@hotmail.co.uk ,
or ring Charlene on 07771 914 583,
alternatively just complete the online Adoption Application Form at www.seniorstaffyclub.co.uk
