Titch wub.gif Mind you NinaK, I imagine you could do without too many adventures involving leaps like that!

I also hope you are fully recovered and that Summer is able to get out and enjoy the fields smile.gif

As promised, some photos from this week-end of the lad himself. Excuse the mucky mane and tail but this horse spends his time aspiring to be mud coloured. His extremities will not be properly clean until I give him a bath when it gets warmer - and even then it will only last until he gets into the field and finds a mud patch! Got chance to leave his rug off Saturday and Sunday so took the opportunity to take pics before he rolled. Excuse his bed in the stable photo. Took pic before I mucked out. The pile next to his bucket is part of his breakfast because he tips half of it into his bed then spends ages picking it out.

And finally one with his latest squeeze, Marley.

Sad news.

We lost Titch this morning. He somehow managed to get out of his stable overnight but had fallen on the concrete outside. Had been down for a while when he was found at 6.30am. On vet's advice, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go.

Am in shock. Can't believe my big boy has gone. Only had him just over 2 years but he will stay in my heart for ever. crying.gif

Oh Nina, I'm so, so sorry hug.gif You changed his life so much, and I bet his last two years have been his best for many years, if not for his whole life. Gallop free Titch wub.gif

Thanks Chris.

It only seems like yesterday when I brought the bag of bones home. And now he's gone. Thought I had at least a few more years with him. Just gutted. crying.gif
