Please meet lovely little Charlie. wub.gif wub.gif

Charlie is a really sweet little cross breed but we know his mother was a King Charles Spaniel although by the looks of things he took his fathers more Terrier looks.

However, Charlie has obviously taken his mothers gentle, sweet nature as he is an adorable little puppy with a fantastic nature.

Charlie has a brilliant temperament, is excellent with other dogs, cats, people and children and lives in a multi-dog and cat home. He loves a bit of fuss made of him and to play with his toys.

Charlie is looking for a home where someone is about for most of the day as he is still very young. Puppy training/socialisation classes would be beneficial to continue to make Charlie and happy and well balanced dog.

Charlie travels well in a car and sleeps well at night.

Charlie is vaccinated and wormed but will need to be neutered and micro-chipped as part of the adoption agreement when he is old enough and proof of this will need to be shown.

Charlie is being fostered in North London near J26 of M25. We are looking to re-home him in or around this area or neighbouring counties as a home check will be done.

If you feel you could offer lovely little Charlie his forever home, please fill out an adoption form on www.leavalleydogrescue.co.uk. If you want more information please contact Yasmina on 07815547667 (eve/weekends).

Thank you.

Charlie's fur is soft, its just that his whiskery face and beard make you think he may be wiry. cool.gif

Charlies is settling down really well in his foster home. smile.gif

Do you have an indication of how big he is at present? Is he small?

At present he is about the size of an adult King Charles Spaniel, just a bit of a different body shape. He will grow a little bit more but not much bigger, but just a different shape.

Hi Ms RubyDoo - if people send in an application and don't receive a reply, does that mean it is unsuccessful? unsure.gif

Unfortunately we cannot reply to everyone as sometimes we have many, many enquiries. However, until the dog is successfully adopted all adoption forms are kept and this is why it may appear that no response is given until we have completed the adoption process and the dog has been re-homed. We then advertise on each re-homing site and our own web site when that dog has been re-homed for everyone to see.

As we are all volunteers and work privately and have families too, we have very limited time at the best of times, and feel that it is important to spend as much time in helping the individual dogs and advertise on the site when they have been re-homed, than spending many precious hours replying to lots of individuals who are unsuccessful at this time.

I hope you understand this as we have many needy dogs. Thank you for this.

We are now please to annouce that Charlie has gone off to his forever home. yay.gif hug.gif wave.gif
