Today i have had a call from a local lady who the dogwarden gave my no to. Her best friend died 3 days ago and they had pre arranged for her 13 yr old staffy to go to the cinnamen trust (sp). When she called the trust they asked to check that she had requested it in the will, she hadn't, she didn't know that she had to, so they will not be taking him :-(
Thats why she rung me, a last resort, if he cannot be found somewhere by sunday evening he will be PTS on monday morning and buried with his owner, she only asked that he not be put into kennels as he has never been there, the poor woman does not know what else to do as she cannot take him as her dog wouldn't accept another in her house. |

Thats not even the worst part, the ladies 2 sons lived with her (both in there 20's) they both will be homeless too

My son, he's 10, just read this and asked why couldn't we offer the sons a home
I explained that we couldn't but he doesn't quite get that just because we have a sofa bed and a spare sofa it doesn't mean we can have them to stay. Bless him  I hope they get somewhere sorted though. |

Do you know how he is with other dogs, animals etc?
